Caring for myself is just one of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"311\" src=\"http:\/\/elementalwellness.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Flying-inline-visual.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-185 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elementalwellness.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Flying-inline-visual.jpg 600w, https:\/\/elementalwellness.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Flying-inline-visual-300x156.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">So, what\u2019s the secret?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I wish I knew. All I know is that more often than not, when I jump in with both feet, I stick the landing. And, my fear shouldn\u2019t be allowed to rob me of my joy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What about you?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Are there fears in your world that are keeping you from joy?
